Let’s take one pool we just started to maintain as an example.
以我们刚接手的一个泳池维护为例。

The maintenance price is a little over one hundred dollars per month.
维护价格是一百多元每月。

For the first service after taking over, there was no extra charge.
接手后的第一次维护，没有额外费用。

It included more than twenty steps.
整个过程分二十多个步骤。

1️⃣ First, we replaced the broken pressure gauge. (Free)
第一，更换已坏掉的压力表。（免费）

2️⃣ Second, we cleaned the filter tank. (Free)
第二，清理过滤桶。（免费）

After cleaning, the filter looked much better.
清理后，过滤桶干净多了。

使用漂白水、TSP清洁粉、白醋、专用滤网剂、高压水枪，并修补纱网
Used bleach, TSP cleaner, white vinegar, filter cleaner, and pressure washer. I also fixed the filter screen.

3️⃣ Third, we tested the water quality.

第三，水质检测。

From the picture below, you can see the water quality was very, very bad.
从下图可以看到，水质非常非常差。

四．水从泳池底部抽出一部分，再重新加满新水后

分批加入数磅小苏打，电子仪与试纸交叉确认
Add baking soda in small parts. Check with both tester and test strips.

6️⃣ We repeated the backwash process many times. This step is very important.

七．缓慢加入 DE 粉（硅藻土） 家庭购买50磅的即可，60刀左右。

观察压力表，使过滤系统重新恢复正常
Watch the pressure gauge until the filter system works normal again.

八 Then, we used special tools to clean and filter the inside of the pool.
